We need a mile high roadmap that provides an overview of direction with low budget initial steps. Here is what Tom Crawford said on April 1, 2021 at the Council of the Commons meeting:

      what might be helpful

      90:50

      for us

      90:51

is to break this into pieces um maybe

      90:54

      have

      90:55

give some direction on the short term

      90:57

like and i say short term i mean like

      90:58

      plantings i hear

      91:00

i hear interest in plantings the

      91:01

      intermediate term that’s a whole

      91:03

separate kind of effort that requires a

      91:05

      separate stream of thought

      91:07

      and analysis the longer term

      91:10

which is probably involving more of the

      91:12

      block i don’t see the

      91:14

uh i think we need that stream we need

      91:16

      to work on that

      91:17

i might not launch that next month

      91:19

because i think we need to be focused on

      91:21

on the things we can execute right at

      91:23

this moment so i think there’s an

      91:25

opportunity to maybe break ourselves up

      91:26

      or at least

      91:27

organize the agenda or something like

      91:29

      that in order to

      91:30

break these into streams but overall

      91:34

for the city to help you facilitate

      91:37

achieving something you want to achieve

      91:39

      i would recommend

      91:41

clarity on where those decisions are

      91:43

      going to come from

      91:44

i am a little um it is not clear to me

      91:47

uh this is an advisory body um

      91:50

to counsel so ultimately i think

      91:52

      decisions rest with council
